ATI is ISO 9001:2015 Certified and uses an integrated system of activities involving quality control, quality assessment, reporting, and quality improvement to ensure that our services and deliverables are of the highest quality. Our approach focuses on the processes used to create deliverables and works towards ensuring that those processes are fully in compliance with established standards, documented plans, and procedures. Our commitment to delivering exceptional services is shown through the use of continually developing and improving methods and processes. Consistent with our ISO 9001:2015 certification we place a high priority on documenting, monitoring and improving standardized and repeatable processes. We have developed corporate quality assurance guidelines to ensure that all ATI contracts and task orders actively implement effective quality management procedures. These guidelines specify formal quality checks on plans, outlines, documents, products, processes, and procedures and ensure that our SeaPort-E customers receive the highest quality services and deliverables, while reducing their program risk.
